Taking any kind of chance is simply not in the picture for millions of people. After all, far too many of us have been instructed from birth to play it close to the vest and not to take risks. Is this play it safe approach good advice to follow? Well, I guess that depends on who you ask. It seems as though the vast majority of people would much prefer to play it safe and avoid risk if at all possible. While this conservative game plan does avoid a certain amount of risk, the participant can never reach his or her full potential by playing it safe nor can he or she ever experience the unparalleled excitement life's adventure holds in store.
